Engineers, Service and Insurance reports.
When your equipment develops a fault or fails when it's just out of guarantee then the retailer will ask you for an engineers or service report.
The report states if the fault is a manufacturing defect or design fault or which part of the equipment is at fault. This is then taken with the goods to the retailer to replace or refund.
If an insurance report is needed then we can also supply this.
We are Vat registered, can provide our companys stamp on the report if needed and are qualified to work on LCD, PLASMA & LED
The report includes:
Descrition of the part that has failed.
If the item failed due to a design fault.
Condition of the equipment.
Cost of replacement part (if available)
